Getting the new front end in place!

Time to get some new tubing in the front of the chassis.

All the old tubing is cut of.

Insert tubing in place.

The front end main tubing are jiged up.

Mock up engine block in place, time for some measuring.

Start with tack welding some tubing in place to get everything in the right place.

One splice / rosette weld done.



Finish the main hoop.

Doing a rosette weld and mounting a insert tubing, the final repairing of the main hoop.

All old tubing and welds are cut away.

Fabricating an insert tubing.

New tubing in place!

Here can you see the insert tubing inside the main hoop.

The splice is final welded.

Looking nice! =)

More hurted tubing!

Changing some hurted tubing in the main hoop.

Started to remove the old bad tubing.

I have done a good job welding it! =)



Front end cut off!

Time to start changing the the front end of the chassis.

Loose.

A lot of bent tubing..

The bent front end is gone and everything behind it looks good.

From inside of the car.



180 km/h and in to the wall!

Pretty much damaged, but no problem to fix it!

Time to start repair the Cuda after the crash at Night of fire @ Tierp Arena.

The driveshaft did not stay in the right place last time at Kjula Dragway so the Camaro need new driveshaft loops, driveshaft enclosure tube and some more new parts.
